Working in a 6,500 m² facility spread across three adjoining warehouses, more than 300 employees with extensive experience and training ensure that each product meets Niviuk’s high standards.
The layout of the spaces, the strategic division into work areas, and the integration of state-of-the-art machinery allow us to maximise efficiency at every stage of the production process, optimising lead times and ensuring top quality.
Outstanding precision from the first cut
We manufacture to order, following the specifications of each model. We use single-layer laser cutting technology to work on each wing individually, piece by piece, reaching over 3,000 individual parts that make up a paraglider.
Thanks to this technique, we guarantee millimetre-level precision in every component of our products. The entire process is carried out in-house under strict controls and quality standards.
