Changed your mind? No problem!
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to return your product.

How to return an item:

1. Notify us by email at orders@niviuk.com within 14 days.
2. Pack the product securely in its original packaging (including all accessories).
3. Attach the return label provided by NIVIUK clearly and securely on the outside of the package.
4. Send it back to the address we provide.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility and will be deducted from your refund.

Important:

•    The product must be in perfect condition. If packaging is missing or damaged, a depreciation fee may apply.
•    Personalized or hygiene-sensitive items (unsealed) cannot be returned.
•    Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process your refund within 14 days, minus return shipping costs.
